We’re a local company with local crews, working on local houses, and we know these mountains and these homes.
We started this company because we saw the same thing happen too many times: homeowners getting mold remediation scopes that were either dramatically over-priced (the franchise approach — gut everything, charge $40,000) or dangerously incomplete (the cheap approach — surface-clean visible mold, ignore the moisture source, problem returns within a year). Hurricane Helene in September 2024 changed our work substantially. We pivoted hard into flood recovery, working in Biltmore Village, the River Arts District, Swannanoa, Marshall, and the Henderson County flood corridor. We’re still working through Helene recovery, and we expect to be for years.
